Funeral Services for Billy Speegle, 82, of Cullman, will be Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Concord Baptist Church. The body will lie in state from 1:00pm – 2:00 pm. Revs. Steve Rodgers and Jack Holbrook officiating, with interment in Shedd’s Cemetery in Trimble.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Speegle passed away Thursday, August 14, 2014 at his residence. He was born August 25, 1931 to parents, William Bud and Clara Herrin Speegle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Buford Speegle, Winford Speegle, and Jake Speegle; sisters, Vida Speegle and Shirley Speegle.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Juanita Speegle; sons, Russell Ward (Kitty) Speegle, and John Allen Speegle; daughter, Deborah Ann (Chris) Bladow; brothers, Frank Speegle, Herbert Speegle, Richard Speegle, Jim Speegle, and Howard Speegle; sister, Faye Speegle; grandchildren, Zach Speegle, Nathan Speegle, Zane Speegle, and Destani Speegle; five Great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 5:30pm – 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
