Billy Ray West, 82, of Tishomingo, MS passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at his residence. Billy enjoyed metal detecting and arrow head hunting. He was also a Civil War enthusiast. He is survived by his sisters, Mary Sue Wright (Robert Allen) and Martha Pardue; his nieces and nephews, Nelda Wilemon, Jena McNatt, Deborah Wright, Shanna Grisham, Steven Wright, Beth Hudson, John Maxwell, Sharla Huff, and Ricky Johnson; and his great nieces and nephews, Lydia Wilemon Mills, Morgan Lambert, Serah Mullins, Robbie Wright, Brooke Hudson, Brady Hudson, J.C. Maxwell, Allye Grace Grisham, Emilee Kate Grisham, Abbey Huff, Faithlynn Huff, Cohen Tynes Lambert, Silas Jude Lambert, and Asher Reed Mullins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe West and Rosie Wilson West McDougal; his brother, James David “Popeye” West; and his sisters, Shirley Maxwell Arnold and Laura West. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 12 Noon until 2pm at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka. Services are scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 2pm, officiated by Bro. Tim Ryan. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steven Wright, Joseph McNatt, John Charles Maxwell, Tony Robinson, Mack Wilemon, Robbie Wright, and Brady Hudson.
