Billy Ray Mullins, 67, resident of Walnut, passed away Monday morning February 25, 2019 at the Adamsville Health Center in Adamsville, TN following an extended illness. Funeral Services for Billy will be at 2 PM Wednesday February 27 in The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday February 26 from 5 PM to 8 PM at The Ripley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Alcorn County.
