Billy Ray Davis, age 69, of Summertown, TN passed away Monday, January 29, 2018 at his residence. He was a native of Muncie, IN, retired supervisor with Occidental Chemical, and of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Thelma Hahn Davis.
