Billy Ray “Bill” Odom, age 74, of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Monday, October 2, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery. Howard Thomas will officiate.
Mr. Odom was preceded in death by his Daughter-Miranda Earnest; Father-Alfred Odom; Mother-Bertha Odom; Brothers-James Odom and Charles Odom; Sisters-Mavereen Odom, Hazel Odom, Frances Odom, Olean Odom and Lamerl Odom.
He is survived by his Wife-Joyce Odom; Daughters-Tammy Downard and Barbara Needham; Sons-Vincent Miller and James Glen Odom; Sister-Wanda Odom; Brother-Dale Odom; 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be David Downard, D. Tyler Downard, Dawson Downard, Andrew Downard, Steven Earnest, Landon Aaron and Vincent Miller.
