Billy O’Neal Seal, 83, of Muscle Shoals, AL died on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 10 am-12 pm at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a service to follow in the chapel. Andy Lane will be officiating. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Billy was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church. He retired from Ford Motor Company and served twenty years as the McFarland Campground as a Host.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bennie and Mossie Seal; and eight brothers and sisters.
Mr. Seal is survived by his wife of 64 wonderful years, Freida Ann Seal; son, Randy O’Neal Seal (Vickie); daughters, Celeste Ann Bichey (Brian), and Lisa Seal Harkins (Bart); brothers, Jimmy Seal and Crochen Seal (Pat); sisters, Mary Whitlock and Gladys Lane Johnson; grandchildren, Tiffany Haynes (Brian), Tyler Keenum (Jennipher), Ashlon Ouellette (Christopher), Trey Copeland (Alaina), Mackenzie Seal Turner (Michael), and Brooklyn Seal; nine great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Bart Harkins, Brian Bichey, Trey Copeland, Randy Seal, Christopher Ouellette, and Brian Haynes. Honorary pallbearers will be Crochen Seal; Jimmy Seal, Jack Barrier, Michael Turner, Dewayne Weeks, and David Weeks.
The family gives a special thanks to Vickie, Trey, and Alaina, for their loving care to Billy.
