Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Mr. Billy M. Pierce age 87, of Winchester, TN. The family will receive friends and family on Friday Dec. 15, from 10-1:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Ray Gardner officiating.
