Billy K. McClelland, age 79, of Summertown, TN passed away Monday, May 29, 2017 at his residence. He was a native of Anstead, WV, retired from Murray Ohio, and a member of the Ethridge Masonic Lodge. Mr. McClelland served his country honorably in the U.S. Air Force.
He was preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Gladys Backus McClelland; and one son, Brian Keith McClelland.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Brace Cemetery at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 01, 2017, with Carlos Casteel officiating. Family suggests memorials be made to Ethridge School Library.
