Billy Joe Cooper, 67, died Friday, April 27, 2018. Visitation is today from 1:30 p.m. to service time at Calvary Baptist Church. The service is at 3 p.m. at the church with burial in Gallaher Cemetery, Waynesboro. He was the husband of Eva Perry Cooper.
