Funeral services for Billy Joe “Bill” Nobinger, 73, of Cullman, will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 23rd, at Northbrook Baptist Church, Rev. Steve Britt officiating, with interment in Pleasant Grove Baptist Cemetery.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Nobinger passed away September 20, 2015 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will be Tuesday Evening at the funeral home from 5:30-8:30.
