Billy Jason “Jay” Kemp age 46, of Arab passed away Thursday February 27, 2025, at his residence. Jay was born on July 28, 1978, in California the son of Billy and Patti Kilgore Kemp. Jay had lived in the New Harmony Community for 41 years, moving here after his mom and Tommy Foster were married. Jay was an accomplished electronic technician.
He was preceded in death by his father: Billy Kemp and his mother: Patti Foster.
Survivors include his dad: Tommy Foster; sister: Tiffany Frost; nieces: Elizabeth Ivey and Anna (Juan) Lopez; great nieces and nephews: Rylan, Mateo, Sophia, Alivia and Brooklyn.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday March 3, 2025, at 2 PM at New Harmony Cemetery. Visitation will be at the cemetery from 1:30 PM until service time at 2 PM. Gober Funeral Chapel, directing.
