Billy Hurst Harrison, 82, of Cherokee, died February 15, 2014.
Billy was born to Tom and Sarah Harrison on February 1, 1932. He was one of four brothers; James, Charles, and Elbert (Bud). He is survived by his niece, Deborah H. Malone (Larry); nephew, Rick Harrison (Trish); four great-nieces, Missy Logan, Andrea Harrison, Amber Wallander, Jennifer McMillian; five great-great-nieces and nephews; cousin J.T. Harrison (Mary Ann); special friends, Tony Barnes, Helen Waldrep, and Jane Mayfield.
He attended Cherokee United Methodist Church.
The funeral service will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 1 to 2 p.m. at Cherokee United Methodist Church with Rev. Tony Datuin officiating. Burial will follow at Mhoontown Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be J.T. Harrison, Jason Harrison, Tony Barnes, Brent Logan, Ean Wallender, and Terry Cosby.
