Billy Hugh Seay, age 76, Tuscumbia, AL. formerly of Haleyville, AL. passed away Wednesday November 30, 2016 at his home.
His visitation will be Friday December 2, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, with his funeral held at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
