Albertville Funeral Home Downtown announces the death of Billy Gene Silas age 74 of Albertville who passed away Wednesday at Huntsville Hospital. No formal services are planned as he was cremated per his request. He is survived by 3 Sons, Billy Silas and Wife Kim, Jimmy Silas, Wade Silas all of Florida, 2 Sisters, Sarah Terrell, JoAnn Richey both of Asbury, 7 Grandchildren, and 2 Great Grandchildren. He was Preceded in death by his Father, Oathie Dean Silas, Mother, OE M. Chamblee Silas, 3 Brothers, and 1 Sister.
