Billy Gean Shelton, 76, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at Spry Funeral Home, Athens. The service will be 2 p.m. Friday at the church, with burial in Bethel Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.
