Billy Doyal Moore, 79, of Waterloo, passed away on August, 11, 2018. Visitation will be Saturday, August 18, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Joseph Jones officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Orrick Moore.
