Billy “Bill” Wayne Pack, 86, of Decatur, Alabama, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at Decatur General Hospital in Decatur, Alabama.
Mr. Pack lived in the Decatur community for the majority of his life where he was a pastor of the Baptist faith. He received a degree in Theology and Bible Studies from Tennessee Temple University. He enjoyed spending his free time fishing, watching wrestling, and was an avid collector.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hershel Pack and Ruby Reyer Pack, as well as two sons-in-law, Matt Crawford and Bill Stuart.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Judy Pack, one son, Dale (Donna) Pack, two daughters, Belinda Stuart, and Esther Crawford, one sister, Sue (Paul) Fuqua, as well as six grandchildren: Adam, Jackson, Madison, Jacob, Chandler, and Benjamin.
A Visitation for Mr. Pack will be held at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home on Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. A Chapel Service will be held immediately after visitation with service time beginning at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery.
