Mrs. Billie McCarver, 81, of Scottsboro, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020 at 4:00 pm at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Joel Shiflett and Gina Porter officiating. Burial will follow at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2:00 pm until time of service.
Mrs. McCarver is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Mackey and Pam (Ricky) Pittman; sisters, Charlsie Payne and Ruby Woodall; brothers, Jerry Matthews and Alvin Matthews; grandchildren, Michael McCarver, Cortney McCrary (Stacy), Cody Arnold (Meagan), Ethan Arnold, Blake Mackey, Abi Phillips, Braylen Phillips, and BreeAnna Kilpatrick (Cody); great grandchildren, Blayze Arnold, Ava Arnold, Channing Mackey, Embrie Kilpatrick, and Zander Kilpatrick; several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, BJ “Gib” McCarver; son, Mike McCarver; mother, Novella “Louise” Matthews; father, Pete Matthews; and sister, Carolyn Little.
