Billie Jo Bates Beard, 89, of Florence, AL passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 24, 2023 from 2-4 at Colbert Memorial Chapel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Niles Beard; parents, Houston Osbin Bates and Delphia Estelle Roe Bates; daughters, Beth Beard and Laurey Beard; brother, Jerry Bates; sisters, Lois Jean Aderholt, Inez Barr, and Ginger Willis.
She is survived by her son, Nathan Beard (Michelle); brothers, Houston Bates and Pete Bates; sister, Patricia Byers; grandchildren, Noah Sullivan, Nathan Beard, Lilly Sullivan, and Jacob Beard.
