Funeral services for Mrs. Billie Jean Howard, age 62, are scheduled for 11 AM, Tuesday, December 30, 2014 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Lexington Cemetery. Mrs. Howard passed away Tuesday in Jackson. She was born May 10, 1952 in Harlin, Kentucky to the late William Clay Pace and Imogene Skidmore Pace. She is survived by her husband, Mr. David Howard of Lexington; three sons, Bill Chadwick, Rick Howard, and Corey Howard; her daughter, Michelle Howard; two brothers, Danny and Charles Pace; two sisters, Mary Brittain and Gail Florist; and two grandchildren, Logan and Alex Howard.
