Billie Gail Hill age 78, of Estill Springs, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on November 21, 1943 in Vancouver, Washington to the late William Parris and Ruth Matthews McCullough. Billie loved taking care of her family. She enjoyed her pets, watching lighthearted TV and listening to country music and Elvis Presley. Billie retired from Wisco in Tullahoma, and she was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. She will be remembered as a devoted wife and mother. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her stepfather, Oscar McCullough; husband, J.E. Hill; son, J.E. “Charlie” Hill; siblings, Jackie Tinsley, Ruth Ann Dishman, and Richard Parris. She is survived by her daughters, Annette (Jimmy) Goins of Decherd and Rea (Kelvin) Page of Hillsboro; brother, Robert Parris of Franklin; stepmother, Betty Parris of Tullahoma; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 10:00am in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Bro. Jordan Atnip officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
