Billie Faye Bass , 77 , of Prospect , Tennessee passed away January 21, 2021 at her home. She was born on July 2, 1943 in Elkton , Tennessee to Bill Rodgers and Gracie Hasting Rodgers. She lived here most of her life. She loved her family, and spending time with them and her cat, “Tiger”.
Billie is survived by her son, Kevin (Christa) Bass, of Columbia, TN; daughter, Michelle (Jeremy) Bradley, of Prospect, TN; brothers, Bobby Joe Rodgers of Elkmont, AL, Dwight James “Jimmy” (Lori) Rodgers, of Ardmore, AL, Timothy Wayne “Timmy” (Christie) Rodgers, of Elkton, TN, Steven “Kendall” (Debbie) Rodgers, of Ardmore, AL, Shelby Jean (Mike)Storey, of Buckhead, GA, Brenda Joy (Kenny) Secrest, of Columbia, TN; grandchildren, Austin John Michael Bowser, Rebecca Bailey Payne Bass, Kailee Grace Bradley, Gracie Lauren Bradley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Virginia Ann Smith, Mary Elizabeth Storey, Pamela Sue Tucker; brothers, WJ “Buddy” Rodgers, and William Clyde Rodgers.
The family will receive friends at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home Ardmore, Alabama on January 23, 2021 from 4:00PM – 7:00PM Funeral services will be at 1:00PM on January 24, 2021 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home Ardmore, Alabama with FUNERAL CLERGY officiating. Interment will be at Elkton Cemetery, Elkton, TN . Pallbearers will be Timmy Rodgers, Jimmy Rodgers, Steve Rodgers, Ken McAfee, Kevin Bass, Tim Tucker, Shane Fox, and Aaron Fox.
