Billie Burke Edmondson Lindsey, age 86, was born Feb. 20, 1930 and went to be with the Lord and her late husband, Clifford April 7, 2016. The family will receive friends Sunday 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Tim Smith officiating. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
She is survived by her daughter, Kim Pate (Joey); three grandchildren, Cliff Pate, Lindsey Tidwell (Jerrod) and Loren Pate; sisters, Francis Morgan (Buster), Willa Dean Bethune (Harold); and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Cliff Pate, Jerrod Tidwell, Ronnie Martin, Mike Morgan, David Bethune and Austin Pace. Honorary Pallbearers are Hunter Cook and Eric Martin.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to her caregivers, Julia Pace, Cindy Pace and to Hospice Advantage for their care.
