Funeral service will be 12:00 noon, Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at the Union Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America (3126 Nevel Drive, Huntsville, AL 35810) with Dr. Edward L. Anderson officiating. Interment will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Rice will lie in repose thirty minutes prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 28, 2015 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at the Royal Funeral Home
