Mr. Bill Kelley passed Monday, September 10, 2018, a funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at 3:00 pm at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, the family will receive friends from 1:00 pm till time of the service, burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery.
He is survived by his Wife; Lois Kelley, Step-Daughters; Sandra Echols, Robin (Steve) Wells, Step-Son; Tracy (Louise) Young, 5 Step Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by, Parents; Delbert & Isabell Kelley, Brother; James Kelley, Sisters; Mackie Gore & Willene Fitts
