A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Bill Hebert, 77 of Corinth, MS, will be Monday, August 20, 2018 at 6:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Dr. Chris Aday will officiate the service. Visitation will be Monday, August 20, 2018 from 5:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home. Mr. Hebert passed away Friday, August 17, 2018 at MS State Veterans Home in Oxford, MS. He was born July 8, 1941 in Auburn, WA to Joseph Paul Hebert and Maxine Charlotte Osborne Hebert. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Oakland Baptist Church. He worked in Research and Development for Boeing Aircraft before retiring with 21 years of service. He retired after 21 years of service as Chief Petty Officer with the U S Navy. He loved wood working, build children’s furniture and loved playing golf. He especially enjoyed the men’s bible study, fishing, traveling and spending time with his family. Bill is survived by his wife of 18 years, Glenda Hardin Hebert of Corinth, MS; his daughters, Debbie McIndoo and husband Dean of Hansville, WA and LuAnn Buff and husband Michael of Kingston, WA; his step-son, Eric Bender and wife Danielle of Friendswood, Tx; 4 grandchildren, Andrew Buff (Andrea), Brian Buff (Katie), Kevin Buff (Jessica) and Jaimie Ard (Trevor); 2 step-grandchildren, Maddie Bender and Matthew Bender; 5 great-grandchildren, Evan Ard, Avery Ard, Devyn Buff, Kora Buff and Dylan Buff; his brother, Jim Hebert of Oak Harbor, WA; cousin, Patricia Brown of WA; niece, Theresa Reed (Rick) of WA; nephew, Jim Hebert (Mary) of SC; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Hebert and his mother, Maxine Osborne Hebert. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Wayne Prince Sunday School Class. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1212 New York Ave NW #800, Washington, DC 20005 or Oakland Baptist Church of Corinth, Ms. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Bill Hebert.
