FLORENCE-Big Bad Breakfast located at 315 North Court Street in Florence held a grand Opening Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday, April 25. Friends and family were in attendance to help celebrate and take a grand tour of the place. The Shoals Chamber added to the celebration by sponsoring a good old-fashioned ribbon cutting to help welcome their newest member.
Now a little about Big Bad Breakfast:
“Big Bad Breakfast in Florence guarantees you’ll never look at a breakfast plate the same again. Whether it’s the house-cured Tabasco/Brown Sugar Bacon, crispy southern fried chicken, Original Grit Girl grits, or the Anson Mills Steel Cut Oatmeal, you’ll be talking about coming back before you’ve left the table. And don’t forget… they serve lunch too!
Chef John Currence always had a love affair with breakfast. Whether it was scrambled eggs and toast before school with his family, his grandmother’s box mix pancakes with Louisiana cane syrup, bacon and egg sandwiches with his dad at Allgood’s diner in Uptown New Orleans or Sunday brunch at Commander’s Palace in the Garden District, the first meal of the day was always a driving force in Currence’s life. Read more about his story on Big Bad Breakfast’s web page.
Don’t miss out on this unique, delicious dining experience in the heart of Downtown Florence! Big Bad Breakfast makes breakfast the most important, and rib-tickling part of your day!”
