She was born in Hamilton, Al. on Thursday, January 29, 1948 to James Bennie and Carrie Bernice Raburn. Visitation will be on Friday, March 07, 2014 6:00 -9:00 pm, service will be Saturday, March 8, 2014 11:00 am at Marion County Funeral Home with Levi Sides officiating. Burial will be in Hamilton Memory Gardens. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Bennie & Carrie Bernice Raburn; Grandparents; brother, Billy Joe Raburn; sister, Beatrice Miller, 2 nephews She leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Burnie Rye, Smithville MS; sisters, Betty Ritch, North Carolina, Barbara (Marshall) Rae, Hamilton Al.
