Beverly “Bebe” Jackson Wilson, 72, of Athens, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital. Mrs. Wilson was born July 23, 1947 to James Walton Jackson and Mamie Lou Christopher.
Funeral services for Mrs. Wilson will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Friendship United Methodist Church with Brother Ray Blankenship officiating. She will lie-in-state from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Visitation will be Saturday, November 23, 2019 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hester’s Chapel Cemetery.
She attended Friendship UMC. She worked over 30 years at Athens Limestone Hospital and loved her ALH family dearly. She loved spending time with her grandkids and being at all their events. She was the matriarch and rock of the family.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Ken Wilson; daughters, Traci Gaston (Marty) and Sandra Weatherford (Greg); stepdaughters, Mitzi Casebolt (Donnie) and Felicia Lambert (Greg); stepson, Brad Wilson (Robin); grandchildren, Donnie Casebolt, Jr., Brandon Casebolt, Taylor Casebolt, Jessica Lambert, Gregory Lambert, Jackson Gaston, April Wilson, Avery Wilson, Tucker Weatherford and Anslee Weatherford; brothers, Andy Jackson and Jimmy Jackson; sisters, Trish Marbut and Mellanie Keyes.
Preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers are Tucker Weatherford, Gregory Lambert, Jackson Gaston, Randy Comer, Greg Weatherford, Marty Gaston, Greg Lambert and Donnie Casebolt.
