Bettye Curtright was born December 27, 1935 in Manila, AR the daughter of the late Virgil Van and Uda Frances Hogue Brown.
She was united in marriage to Bobby Devon Curtright. Mr. Curtright preceded her in death on July 12, 2006.
Mrs. Curtright worked for over 30 years at South Central Bell. She loved shopping, traveling and cruising, planting flowers and watching her hummingbirds.
Mrs. Curtright departed this life on December 20, 2022 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 86 Years, 11 Months, 23 Days. She is survived by a daughter, Cindy Burgess and husband Allen of Arlington, TN; four grandchildren, Crystal Curtright, Daniel Vail, Josh Curtright, Mandy Curtright; 5 Great Grandchildren; two sisters, Sue Goff, Frances Lute; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Curtright was preceded in death by a son, Robert “Steve” Steven Curtright; two brothers, Jackie and Wayne Brown.
