Betty Winter, 90, died Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. She was a member of Canaan Methodist Church.
