Graveside Funeral service and interment for Betty Wakefield, 83, will be Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Hartselle City Cemetery with Bro. A. Ray Lee officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No visitation is scheduled.
Mrs. Wakefield died on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at her residence. She was born May 4, 1931, in Walker County to Sam Bell and Myrtle Chilcoat Bell. She was formerly employed as a clerk for the University of California. She was preceded in death by her parents.
