Betty Sue Marshall Harbin Moore, 78 of Winfield, Alabama died Monday, September 23, 2019 at Diversicare in Winfield, Alabama.

She was a 1959 graduate of Winfield City High School and liked to brag that she was the Valedictorian of her 6th grade class. Betty Sue drove bus # 7 for the Winfield City School system for many years until her retirement. She owned a kennel and sold puppies all across the county.

Betty is survived by her children, Amy Harbin (Kelly Wood), Kim Townley, and Shane Harbin (Andrea) all of Winfield, eight grandchildren, Zann Townley, Zack Townley, Zandria Townley, Stephanie Estes (Cody Barnett), Heather Galbraith, Skyler Galbraith, Brook McCaleb and Kylee Harbin, seven great-grandchildren, Hannah, Braxton, Townsley, Lexi, Laiken, Kaleigh and Kade and one great-great-grandchild, Skyla, a brother, Terry Marshall (Syble) of Hoover, the father of her children, Ted Harbin, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William D. Marshall and Catherine Adeline Colburn Marshall, her sisters, Willie Lee Hollis, Esta Ulmer and Mattie Lou Coker, her brothers, Johnny Marshall, Glenn Marshall, Joe Mac Marshall, Paul Marshall, Thomas Marshall and James Marshall, and Billy Gene Nicholson and David Earl Nicholson.

Visitation:  2:00 – 5:00 p.m., Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Bowen Funeral Home in Winfield, Alabama.

Funeral Service:  5:00 p.m., Thursday, September 23, following visitation, at the funeral home.
