Betty Sturdivant, age 78, of Ethridge, TN passed away Tuesday, January 07, 2014 at NHC Healthcare of Hillview in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Ruleville, MS, retired from Spencer Builders as a bookkeeper, and a member of First Baptist Church Lawrenceburg.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Adele Nassar Maynor and step-father, S.C. Bill Maynor; and one brother, Bob Carr.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, January 10, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 11, 2014, with Jeff Vanlandingham officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the charity of your choice.
