Betty Moore Cotner of Bethel Springs, TN was born September 1, 1946 the daughter of the late John T. Moore and Lora King Moore. She was united in marriage to James Cotner on January 25, 1963.
Mrs. Cotner was a Graduate of Selmer High School and received a Paralegal Certificate from the International Correspondence School. She was a Baptist and a Homemaker. She departed this life on June 29, 2018 in Corinth, MS at the age of 71 Years, 9 Months, 28 Days.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Cotner of Bethel Springs; three sons, Jamie Cotner of Bethel Springs, Davy Cotner of Tyler, TX, Jeffrey Cotner and wife Jovina of Bethel Springs; a brother, John Robert Moore and wife Ann of Gulfport, MS; a sister, Lynwood Smith of Southaven, MS; eight grandchildren, Whitney Corbin and husband Nick, Colby Cotner and wife Mallory, Christie Wallis and husband Dillon, Hunter Barnes, Chloe Cotner, Wesley Cotner, Mollie Cotner, Joey Hollowell; a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mrs Cotner was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Long; a brother, James Lanie Moore.
