Betty Lee Martin, 68, passed away Friday, December 13, 2013 at Palmyra Mental Health Center in Palmyra, TN. She was a lifelong resident of Colbert County until May of 2006. She was a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church and attended until her health prevented her from going.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Robert and Birdie Lee Martin; brothers, Rachel Martin, Noble Martin and Mack Martin; sisters, Wonell McClung, Wanda Jean Martin, Rosie Moore and Mary Isbell.
She is survived by brothers, Bobby Martin (Martha Ann) and Odell Martin; sisters, Pearl Fisher and Geneva Harmon and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was especially loved and cared for by nieces, Liz Smith, June Isbell and great-niece, Cynthia Smith.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1-2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with David and Cynthia Smith officiating. Burial will be at Barton Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Pete Isbell, Sonny Isbell, David Smith, Dustin Smith and Trent Michael.
