Betty Joyce Hemphill of Pulaski, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Lincoln Medical Center. She was born in Pulaski, Tennessee on May 23, 1953, and was 73 years old.
Betty was a loving sister and aunt. She was a big cut up and always knew how to make others smile.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Betty was preceded in death by, her husband, Harold Hemphill, parents, Charles and Emma Woodard, son, Steven Hemphill, grandson, Jacob Hemphill, sisters, Mary Blade, and Susie Dugger, brothers, Robert, David, Charles, Donald, and Tony Woodard.
