Betty Jo Coffman Smith age 88 of Graysville, passed away Wednesday July 6, 2016. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church; she was retired from AmSouth Bank in Graysville and also from SouthTrust Bank in Forestdale.
Funeral services will be Friday July 8, 2016 at 11:00 am in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Jimmy Greathouse, Rev. Joel Carden and Rev. Lewis Givens will officiate. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Thursday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband Buddy Smith and her son, Byron Edward Smith.
Survivors include her daughters, Pam Smith Lokey and husband Larry and Valerie Smith Starman and husband Kent; grandchildren, Heather Carden Henley (Chris), Joshua Carden (Candy), Ashley Cook Busby (David) and Andrea Cook Ford (Chris); great grandchildren, Jacob Henley, Hannah Henley, Sawyer Busby and Parker Ford; sister, Mona Sue Roberts; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
