Funeral Service for Betty Jo Blanton, 83 of Hartselle will be Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 1:00PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Vest officiating with burial in the Oak Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00AM-1:00PM at the funeral home. She was born September 25, 1941 in Morgan County, AL to Roy B. Smith and Marie Wynn Smith. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Will Tom Blanton Sr. Brother, Butch Smith. She was retired from Copeland after 11 years working on the assembly line from 1989 until 2000. She was a loving mother, wife, and loved to work in her flower beds and camping, and playing bingo.
