Betty Jean (Ingram) Hamlin
JUNE 17, 1928 – APRIL 15, 2019
Betty Jean Ingram Hamlin was born June 17, 1928 to Mildred Peters (06-17-2007) and Homer Lee Ingram in Alexander City, AL. They lived in Bemiston. She had two brothers, Harry Lee Ingram and surviving brother, Joe Wayne Ingram. She married Billie Hamlin on June 27, 1947, who died October 22, 2015.
Mrs. Hamlin is survived by two sons, Robert Wayne Hamlin and Bryan Lee Hamlin; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Sue Hamlin.
A Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday, April 17, 2019 At 12:00 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home with Bro. Pat Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Limestone County and AL Baptist Children’s Home.
