Mrs. Betty Jane Bruen, 81, of Grapevine, Texas, originally of New Market, Alabama, passed away on May 22, 2023.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 57 years, John J. Bruen; Her siblings: Lona Belle Holder, Clarence Holder, Charles Lee Holder, Joe David Holder, Raymond Holder, Winfred Lynn Holder, James Robert Holder, Bill Holder.
Surviving family members include her children: Brenda Fisher, Dale Bruen, and William Bruen; Her grandchildren: Felicia Peralez, Ashley Creviston, Tiffany Doyle, Brady Bruen, Jacob Bruen, and Luke Bruen; Her daughters-in-law, Barbara Bruen and Bonnie Bruen; Her son-in-law, Steven Fisher; Her great-grandchildren: R.J. Peralez, Dominic Creviston, and Candice Creviston. Her siblings: Myrtle Holder, Helen Louise Wood, and Mattie Summers.
The family will have a private committal service and burial will be in Taylor Cemetery in New Market.
