Betty Grider Wagner, 83, of Hackett, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018 in Fort Smith. She was a homemaker and member of Northside United Pentecostal Church in Fort Smith.
Funeral service was noon Thursday, November 15th at Northside United Pentecostal Church with burial in the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing and visitation with the family was Thursday starting at 10 a.m. prior to the service.
She is survived by one son, Dana L. Wagner of Fort Smith; two daughters, Janice Brooks and husband, Daniel of Waynesville, Missouri and Rhonda Jones and husband, Glenn of Hackett, Arkansas; one sister, Fay Stowe of Tuscumbia, Alabama; ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Wagner; her parents, Tom and Christen Grider; one son, Tommy Wagner; one daughter, Judy Cooper; three brothers; one sister; one grandson, Luke Cooper.
Pallbearers were Matthew Cooper, Lee Brooks, Nolan Brooks, Tommy Lynn Cooper, Glenn Jones, III and D’Ray Wagner.
