Betty Faye Wright, age 72 of Athens, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mrs. Wright was born December 15, 1946 in Limestone County to Clifford Pylant and Anna Gullett.
Funeral services for Mrs. Wright will be held Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 3, 2019 from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery.
She was a member of the Methodist Faith.
She is survived by her sons, David Powers and Cliff Wright; daughters, Joyce Powers, Angie Chambers and Martha Vinzant; brother, Clifton Pylant; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous other family and friends.
Preceded in death by her husbands; J.T. Wright and D.C. Powers; sisters Michelle “Mickey” Goodman, Rachael Wakham, Janet Haggermaker and Martha Ross; grandson, Chris Reese.
