Betty Faye Pylant Steele, 77, of Ardmore, Alabama passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017, at Ardmore Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ardmore, Tennessee.
Born Sunday, October 1, 1939 in Ardmore, Alabama she was the daughter of the late Ernest Pylant and the late Maude McNeece Pylant. She was preceded in death by sister, Mary Lee Michels, and brother, Edward Pylant.
She was a lifelong resident of this area and was a member of Wooley Springs Church of Christ.
Surviving are husband, James Steele of Ardmore, AL; son, Jason (April) Steele of Ardmore, AL; brother, Wendell Pylant of Pulaski, TN; two grandchildren, Makena & Kailyn Steele, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Steve Curtis officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, Alabama.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon up until service time at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
