Mrs. Betty Carol Wells age 67 of Manchester, TN, died Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at NHC Health Care Center. She was born December 27, 1953, in McMinnville, TN, was a secretary with Motlow State Community College where she had earned her Business Computer Application Associate’s Degree, and was a member of Covenant Fellowship Church. Mrs. Wells was preceded in death by her parents Willie Virgil and Marjorie Charleen Richardson Ross.
Carol is survived by her husband Kelvin Wells, son Jeremey David Jones, grandchildren Jocelyn Jones, Maddox Jones, and Max Jones, and special caregiver and daughter-in-law Kimberly Jones. Carol is also survived by the many co-workers, friends, and acquaintances she made during her life through her church and through Motlow State Community College where she touched many lives.
The funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 12, 2021 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Dean Northcutt will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service. The wearing of face masks and social distancing is encouraged. No food gifts at the funeral home please.
