Mrs. Betty Ann Ressler, 80, and a resident of Florence, died Sunday Aug. 10, 2014, at ECM Hospital.
Mrs. Ressler was a native of Winfield, Alabama, and a former resident of Broward County, Florida, where she retired as an Administrator for the Broward County School System. She had resided in Florence for the past 20 years and attended North Wood United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Ken Ressler; children, Todd Ressler, of California and Danielle Hosier, Atlanta, Georgia; grandchildren, Alexa Ressler, Jeffrey Todd Carpenter, Brooke Carpenter, and Peyton Hosier; sisters, Doris Franks and Grace Pickard both of Florence and Dot Mattox, of Birmingham, Alabama.
Betty was called by her Maker to join her parents and friends. If you believe in a here- after and that it is for good people, she will have a front row seat. Good bye, Betty, God bless.
