Bettina Faye “Betty” Barnes, 71, died Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Magnolia Regional Health Center, Corinth, MS. She was born December 29, 1946 in Prentiss County, MS and worked as a seamstress.
Services will be Monday, October 15, 4:30 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, MS with Greg Davis officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Church of God Cemetery in Prentiss County, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by one brother – J.R. Barnes and three sisters – Mildred Oaks, Janice Barnes and Justine Tennison.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arlin Clyde Barnes and Hessel Irene Lambert Barnes and two brothers, Charles Cleston Barnes and Randle Gene Barnes.
Visitation will be Monday, October 15, 3-4:30 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS.
