Bettie Morrow FlemingBettie Morrow Fleming, 84, retired nurse technician at NHC Home Care and resident of Maury County, died Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Magnolia Health Care.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 3:00 P.M. at Oakes and Nichols Funeral Home with Barney Burns officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Churchyard. The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 1:00-3:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Born January 26, 1934 in Maury County, she was the daughter of the late Manley W. Morrow and the late Lettie Pearl Anderson Morrow. She was married to the late Foster Fleming, Jr. who preceded her in death on November 8, 1994. Bettie was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her sons, Foster Fleming III of Nashville; Danny (Beth) Fleming of Columbia; daughter Brenda (Clifford) Brooks of Columbia; six grandchildren, Brent (Apryl) Fleming, Ben Fleming, Ryan Fleming, Jeremy Fleming, Nathan Fleming, and Jackson Fleming; three great-grandsons; and two great-granddaughters.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her three sisters, Louise Elliot, Gerline Gibson, Willie Mae Hines; brother Bill Morrow.  Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
