Funeral service for Bette Jones Haden, 78, will be Monday, January 29, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Monday, January 29, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Haden passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born April 7, 1945, in Virginia, to Andrew Meade Jones and Josephine Frances Ahern Jones.
She was a School Teacher for the Arab City School System, prior to her retirement. She taught for 43 years and retired in 2013. She was “Teacher of the Year” for Arab City Schools for the 1992-1993 years.
Preceding her in death were her parents and two sisters, Frances Jones Harouff and Pat Jones.

Son – Patrick Meade Haden
Daughter – Dawn Michele Haden
Sister – Ellen Williams
