Beth Cosby Schiffbauer, 69, of Rogersville, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2019 at her residence. She was a member of Rogersville First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, graduate of Lauderdale County High School and graduated with honors from Calhoun Community College and Athens State University with a degree in Computer Science. She worked as a systems engineer for missile defense for Raytheon in Rhode Island, Arizona and Huntsville, Alabama.
Visitation will be Sunday, June 9th from 2 – 3 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow in the chapel with Pat Driskell officiating and Tom Cosby delivering the eulogy. Burial will be in Romine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Alexander Braden, Tony Cosby, Jamey Cosby, Daniel Cosby, Adam Cosby and John Cosby. Honorary, Tyler Cosby, Mitchell Cosby, Ron Unger, Greg Cosby, Luke Stokes, Joey Marinello and David Marinello.
Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Jim & Earline Cosby; niece, Lisa Cosby and nephew, Marty Cosby. She is survived by her husband, Earl Schiffbauer; daughter, Kimberly Cosby; grandchildren, Alexander Braden (Reji), Erica (Ron) Unger; siblings, Wayne Cosby (Pat), Janice Malone, Dean Cosby (Priscilla), Ann Hester (Ray), Tom Cosby (Debbie); great-grandchildren, Isaiah Unger, Jaxon Unger, Mikale Unger, Liam Unger, Brynn Braden and Carter Braden.
